WOW,If you're transacting real-estate in the greater Las Vegas area you would be foolish to use anyone else.Being a former realtor myself, I understand all the complexities that may come up, however Jim handled everything professionally and with the same sense of urgency that my wife and I expected. Jim is a excellent agent. We are canadian, and can’t cross the border due to Covid. We reached out on line for a real estate against and Jim contacted my husband with 20 minutes of his post. Jim told my husband, he would get the keys from our neighbours, that he would go in and stage our condo, and take and put in storage what we wanted. I couldn’t imagine any other agent being so willing to do so much for his clients. We were totally blown away. Jim did exactly as he promised and within one day we had a offer and the condo was sold. He worked diligently on our behalf and the sale went through without any hitches. Thank you Jim for such a great job, we highly recommend Jim to be your representative.

Altered final contract without my consent. Had extremely poor communication skills. Went against my preferences as a seller. I would recommend going with another agent if you want your home to be sold quickly and with your own consideration as a seller in mind.
